CEF National Capital Region (CEF NCR) 

We are a Bible-centered organization committed to reaching and discipling children for Jesus Christ across Metro Manila.

As one of the most active regional branches of CEF Philippines, we serve in the very heart of the nation—where the future of the country gathers in classrooms, communities, and city streets.

Founded in 1999, CEF NCR has grown into a vibrant network of full-time workers, local churches, and dedicated volunteers. With a presence in all cities within the National Capital Region, we actively partner with schools, churches, and communities to conduct weekly evangelistic and discipleship ministries for children.

Every week, through programs like the Elementary and High School Values Education Class (EHSVEC) and the Good News Club, we reach over 90,000 children—giving them not only biblical instruction but also hope, purpose, and the life-changing message of the Gospel.

At the core of our ministry is our training arm, which equips more than 3,000 teachers and volunteers annually, empowering them to serve effectively and sustainably. With a staff of 21 full-time workers and a volunteer force of over 1,200, we remain steadfast in our mission to reach “Every Child, Every Nation, Every Day."

We believe that children matter to God—and that Metro Manila is one of the most strategic places in the world to invest in their lives. Whether in sprawling urban centers or overlooked pockets of poverty, we are there—proclaiming Christ, discipling the young, and raising up a generation that knows and follows Him.
