This 5-Year Strategic Plan marks a pivotal moment in the history of Child Evangelism Fellowship National Capital Region (CEF NCR).

Since its establishment, the region has faithfully carried out the same core ministries year after year—conducting evangelism, training volunteers, and running programs for children.

This verse is not just a guiding light for our ministry—it is our rallying cry, our heartbeat, our why. At the core of everything we do is this divine urgency: no child must be lost. 

In a world where children are often the most overlooked, the most vulnerable, and the most easily swayed, we believe that God sees them—every single one. And He is not willing that even one of them perish.

Just as a shepherd leaves the ninety-nine to find the one, we go where the children are—in the cities, the provinces, the public schools, the hidden communities—because the Father’s love compels us.

One of the most pressing challenges has been mobilizing deeper and sustained involvement from local churches. 

Many congregations support children’s ministries in principle, but few have fully embraced the vision of strategic partnership and long-term investment in reaching the next generation. 

This strategic plan birthed the CEF NCR 2030, a campaign that seeks to mobilize the body of Christ to evangelize, disciple, and establish children to local Bible-believing churches.

By reimagining our approach, aligning with current realities, and boldly engaging churches, volunteers, and communities, we aim not just to maintain what has always been done—but to multiply impact and raise a new wave of committed laborers for the harvest.

Inspired by the divine mandate in Isaiah 54:2—“Enlarge the place of your tent…”—we look ahead to five years filled with both toil and abundant blessings. 

God’s heart beats for the little ones, and as we diligently seek to reach each child with the Gospel, we can move forward with confidence in His faithful provision. He who calls us will equip us, and as we stretch, strengthen, and expand, we trust that every need will be met by His gracious hand.

This isn't just a plan; it's a prophetic vision to dramatically expand our reach and deepen our roots right here in the heart of the Philippines.

Enlarging Our Tent 

We are committed to a significant increase in the number of children reached with the Gospel. This means establishing new Good News Clubs, expanding 5-Day Clubs, and reaching into communities where Christ's light has yet to shine brightly.

Lengthen Our Cords 

We're extending our influence by forging deeper partnerships with churches, empowering more passionate volunteers, and innovating new ways to connect with families across the NCR. Our goal is to spread the message further than ever before.
