CEF NCR has identified the most reachable ages (MRA) in the region as 6 to 12 years old.
They are reachable because they are still open to the Gospel, and most of these children are found in schools, which are generally open to us.
This determination is based on the accessibility provided by elementary and high schools in Metro Manila. By concentrating its efforts on this age group, CEF NCR can allocate its resources more effectively and achieve greater impact.
Projected Population of Public School Children
The projected population for each SY is based on the typical distribution of enrollees across the cities under NCR, as follows:
Steady Growth
The student population in NCR has been steadily increasing. For the school year 2024-2025, the total number of students enrolled is projected to be approximately 2,571,357.
Urbanization Impact
The continuous urbanization and migration to Metro Manila contribute to the rising number of school-aged children, leading to higher enrollment rates.
