Key Responsibilities
1. Evangelism & Discipleship
Lead and organize Good News Clubs (GNCs), 5-Day Clubs, and evangelistic rallies.
Implement the EHSVEC (Elementary High School Values Education Class) program in public schools.
Follow up children with discipleship tools and help connect them to local churches.
2. Church Partnership & Mobilization
Build and maintain partnerships with local churches, pastors, and church leaders.
Coordinate Super Seminars and Teacher Training Workshops for church volunteers.
Assist churches in establishing children’s ministries using CEF materials and methods.
3. Training
Facilitate CEF training courses like Teaching Children Effectively (TCE), Children’s Ministry Institute (CMI) modules, and local workshops.
Mentor and develop volunteers, interns, and new staff.
4. Program Development & Implementation
Assist in the contextualization and delivery of the Mamuhay Nang Tama (MNT) curriculum aligned with DepEd’s MATATAG framework.
Collaborate in writing or translating curriculum materials as needed.
5. Promotions & Fundraising
Represent CEF in events, church visits, and meetings to promote the ministry.
Build a personal support base through donor care, newsletters, and ministry updates.
Uphold financial integrity and report accurately on ministry-related funds.
6. Administration & Reporting
Submit timely ministry reports and statistics (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
Attend regular staff meetings, trainings, and national gatherings.
Observe CEF’s policies, Child Protection Policy, and Statement of Faith.
Requirements
A born-again Christian with a clear calling to children’s ministry.
Graduate of at least a 2-year college course (Education, Theology, or related course preferred).
Completion of CEF training (TCE 1 required; TCE 2 and other courses a plus).
Willing to raise personal support and commit to long-term ministry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to be assigned anywhere within the region or country.
